Journalism graduate with a postgraduate degree in Business Management from IE Business School, certified in various innovation disciplines including ExO Sprint, Purpose Launchpad and business transformation methodologies.
My professional career has always been linked to communication and innovation. For over a decade, I have dedicated myself to connecting technological innovation with the real needs of the food market, helping companies and entrepreneurs build a more sustainable and efficient food system.
I founded TechFood Magazine in 2014, turning it into the leading publication on food innovation in Spanish. This platform allowed me to explore and communicate the emerging technologies transforming the industry: from alternative proteins to cellular agriculture, through the digitalization of the value chain.
In 2019 I published "Foodtech: The Great Revolution of the Food Industry", the first book in Spanish that comprehensively addresses this phenomenon. The second edition, updated in 2022, covers the sector's most recent advances.
Currently I combine my communication work with strategic consulting, helping organizations navigate the digital transformation of the food sector. I collaborate with accelerators, teach at business schools and advise startups and corporations on their innovation strategies.
